National Smart Healthcare Services, Inc. (NSH) is currently recruiting for the following positions.
Clinicians
Job Description: NSH therapists have the opportunity to provide in-home and group therapy to members suffering from traumatic life experiences. NSH therapists provide group therapy to individuals at NSH IOP. Click here to learn more about NSH IOP.
Qualifications: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC or LPCi) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Experience: Working in-home or conducting group therapy with the adult and geriatric mentally ill and/or chemically dependent population, submitting clinical documentation such as Treatment Plans and Functional Assessments on time to insurance companies, and other general clinical duties.
Case Managers (contract position)
Job Description: Case Managers visit members a predetermined number of times per month, face-to-face and with phone calls. Case Managers assess patients mental and physical health as well as their community living environment. Based on this information, case managers can recommend resources to members to help them become higher functioning individuals.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Social Work or Counseling and/or experience in the field required.
Experience: Providing in-home case management services, working with the adult and geriatric, mentally ill and/or chemically dependent population, completing clinical documentation such as Treatment Plans and Functional Assessments, on time to insurance companies, and other general case management duties.
Psych Tech/Drivers
Job Description: Transport mentally ill members to and from appointments in company vehicle, complete transport paperwork for submission to management, have a flexible work schedule and other general Psych Tech/Driver duties.
Experience: Psych Tech experience is a must.
