servicesNational Smart Healthcare Services, Inc. provides quality care to adults with a Severe and Persistent Mentally Ill (SPMI) diagnosis who have a Texas Managed Medicaid insurance plan. We work to ensure that all consumers are treated with dignity and respect as we partner together to increase community tenure and independence.

All services, with the exception of medication assessment and monitoring, are provided in the consumers home/ community setting. Focus of care is to link consumers to services and resources.
